Drew Spence (born 23 October 1992) is a professional footballer. She plays as a midfielder for Women's Super League club Tottenham Hotspur. Drew was born in England. She played for the England national football team in 2015. Since 2021, she has represented the Jamaica national team.

Drew Spence's Football Journey
Early Career and Chelsea Years
Drew Spence started her football journey at a young age. She played alongside her future Chelsea teammate Gilly Flaherty at the Arsenal Centre of Excellence. Later, Spence moved to Fulham's youth team. In 2008, she joined Chelsea.
Spence and Chelsea reached the FA Women's Cup final in 2012. This was their first time in the final. They lost to Birmingham City after a penalty shootout. The score was 2–2 before penalties.
In 2015, Drew won her first major trophy. This was the 2015 FA Women's Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. She also helped Chelsea win their first FA WSL title. They beat Sunderland 4–0 in October 2015. This win secured both the League and Cup, known as a "double". After this successful season, Spence signed a new two-year contract with Chelsea.
In October 2018, during a match against Arsenal, Spence was involved in a strong challenge. This challenge unfortunately led to an injury for Arsenal's Kim Little. In 2020, Spence signed another contract. This kept her with Chelsea until 2022.
Moving to Tottenham Hotspur
In June 2022, Drew Spence made a big move. She signed a two-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur. When she left Chelsea, she was their longest-serving player.
International Football Career
Playing for England
In October 2015, national coach Mark Sampson called Drew Spence to the senior England squad. She earned her first England cap on 23 October 2015. She came on as a substitute in a match against China. England lost that game 2–1 in Chongqing.
In November 2022, The Football Association honored Spence. She was recognized as one of England's legacy players. She was the 192nd woman to play for England.

Drew Spence also qualifies to play for Jamaica. This is because of her family heritage. She made her debut for Jamaica on 24 October 2021.
