Eddie Matney's Career in Restaurants

Eddie Matney has opened many restaurants throughout his career. He used to own and run the Stockbridge Cafe in the Berkshires in Massachusetts. In 1986, he moved to Arizona and opened a restaurant called Steamers in Phoenix.

His next restaurant, Eddie's Grill, opened in 1988. In 1998, he opened another restaurant called Eddie Matney's with his wife, Jennifer Blank-Matney. Eddie also started a fast-casual restaurant called Wild Noodles. It grew into a big chain with 20 locations by 2007, but it later closed down.

In 2006, Chef Eddie worked with NBA player Amar'e Stoudemire to open Stoudemire's Downtown. Eddie's House, his current restaurant in Scottsdale, opened in May 2008. He also runs a catering business under the Eddie's House name.
