Learning from Top Chefs
Edouardo wanted to learn from the best. He got a chance to train at The French Laundry, a very famous restaurant. He also worked at The Herbfarm in Woodinville, Washington. Later, he moved to New York City to work at another top restaurant called Per Se.
He even spent a month in Parma, Italy, learning how to make cured meats. After that, he returned to New York to work at Lincoln Ristorante. In 2012, Edouardo moved to Seattle. He worked at restaurants like Sitka and Spruce and Bar Sajor, where he became the head chef.
Edouardo Jordan's Restaurants
