Elaine Symons is an Irish actress born on December 4, 1974. She trained at a famous acting school called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). Elaine has been acting on television since 1995.
She is best known for playing Rose Kelly in the BBC One school TV drama Waterloo Road. Rose Kelly was a mother with five children in the show. Elaine first appeared in Waterloo Road in 2009. She has also been in other TV shows like Totally Frank, Waking the Dead, and As If. In 2011, she played Kerry Cadogan in the medical drama Holby City.
