Elizabeth Greville, Countess of Warwick (born August 22, 1720 – died February 24, 1800) was an important figure in British nobility. She was born Elizabeth Hamilton. She became the wife of Francis Greville, 1st Earl of Warwick. He was given the title of Earl of Warwick by King George III of the United Kingdom in 1760.

Elizabeth was the daughter of Lord Archibald Hamilton and his second wife, Jane Hamilton.

In 1727, Francis inherited the title of Baron Brooke. He also inherited Warwick Castle, a famous historic building. Later, in 1746, he was given the title of Earl Brooke. When he became an Earl, Elizabeth also became a Countess.
