New Homes at Emerald Hill
A company called Golden Homes Wellington Ltd is currently building new houses on the north-eastern side of Emerald Hill. This new housing area is called the Emerald Hill development. It includes about four or five new streets that connect to an existing street called Gemstone Drive.
Getting Around: Bus Services
You can get to Emerald Hill using public transport! The Metlink bus route 110 runs regularly to the area. This bus travels between Petone and the intersection of Emerald Hill Road and Gemstone Drive. During the day, buses arrive about every half hour, making it easy to travel to and from Emerald Hill.
