Enfield East was a special area in the United Kingdom that chose one person to be their voice in the House of Commons. This person is called a Member of Parliament (MP). The Enfield East area existed from the 1950 general election until it was removed for the February 1974 general election.

Enfield East was a constituency in England. From 1950 to 1965, it was part of Middlesex. After 1965, it became part of Greater London.

- 1950 General Election: Ernest Davies from the Labour Party won this election. He received 24,013 votes, which was 59.3% of all votes. The Conservative candidate got 13,110 votes.
- 1951 General Election: Ernest Davies won again for the Labour Party. He got even more votes this time, with 25,298 votes (63.42%).
- 1955 General Election: Ernest Davies was re-elected for the Labour Party. He won with 21,658 votes (60.81%).
- 1959 General Election: After Ernest Davies, John Mackie became the new Labour MP for Enfield East. He won with 20,101 votes (54.95%).

Two general elections took place in the 1960s.
- 1964 General Election: John Mackie continued to be the MP for Enfield East. He won with 17,958 votes (51.12%).
- 1966 General Election: John Mackie was re-elected again for the Labour Party. He received 18,772 votes (54.88%).

Only one general election happened in the 1970s before the constituency was changed.
- 1970 General Election: John Mackie won his last election as the MP for Enfield East. He got 16,433 votes (51.02%).
After the February 1974 general election, the Enfield East constituency was no longer used. Its areas were split up and became part of new constituencies like Edmonton and Enfield North.
