Eser Tümen (born 17 March 1945, Istanbul - died on 27 January 2010, Maldives) was a Turkish businessman and capital project engineer for construction of the FSM Bridge. He also was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STFA Group Construction.
He died of heart attack in Maldives.
