Eva Rothschild is a talented artist from Ireland. She was born in Dublin in 1971 and now lives in London, England. She is known for creating amazing sculptures.
Eva studied art at the University of Ulster in Belfast and later at Goldsmiths College in London. She mostly makes sculptures using many different materials. These include metal like aluminum, special plastics like jesmonite and perspex, and even leather and fabric. She creates art for galleries and also for public spaces outdoors.
Her art often gets ideas from art styles of the 1960s and 1970s, like Minimalism. This style uses simple shapes and forms. Her work also explores ideas about protest and spirituality. In 2014, she was chosen to be a Royal Academician, which is a big honor for an artist.
