Ever Antonio Palacios (born on January 18, 1969) is a Colombian football coach and a former professional player. He was known for playing as a defender, which is a player whose main job is to stop the other team from scoring goals. Ever Palacios played for several well-known clubs, including Deportivo Cali, Atlético Nacional, Atlético Junior, and two Japanese teams, Shonan Bellmare and Kashiwa Reysol. He also played for Boyacá Chicó in Colombia.

Palacios spent a lot of his career playing in Colombia. He was a key player for teams like Deportivo Cali and Atlético Nacional. Later in his career, he joined Boyacá Chicó. He continued to play for Boyacá Chicó even when he was in his forties. This made him one of the oldest players ever to compete in the top Colombian football league, known as Categoría Primera A.
