Fígols i Alinyà is a small town, also called a municipality, located in Catalonia, Spain. It's part of a region known as the comarca of Alt Urgell. This town is found on the left side of the Segre River, between the towns of Coll de Nargó and Organyà. It sits just above the Oliana reservoir, which is like a big lake that stores water.
Fígols i Alinyà was created in 1972 when two smaller towns, Fígols d'Organyà and Alinyà, joined together. The main town hall, called the ajuntament, is in Fígols. You can reach the municipality from Organyà by taking a local road.
