Failford is a small place, also called a locality, located in the Mid-Coast Council area of New South Wales, Australia. It's found on the beautiful Mid North Coast. Failford is situated just east of the main Pacific Highway.
It is about 17 kilometers (10 miles) northwest of the town of Forster. In 2011, about 495 people lived in Failford.
Fun on the Water
Failford is a popular spot for exciting water activities. People love to go water skiing and boating here. This is all thanks to the nearby Wallamba River.
The Wallamba River flows between the towns of Nabiac and Tuncurry. There is even a caravan park right on the river. This park has its own special ramp, making it easy to launch boats into the water.
