Faith is a small town in Rowan County, North Carolina. It officially became a town in 1903. In 2020, about 819 people lived there.
Since 1946, Faith has been famous for its huge Fourth of July celebration. This event lasts for several days. Many visitors come from different states to join the fun. In 1992, President George H. W. Bush even visited. He gave a speech and played in the traditional Fourth of July softball game.
History of Faith
Faith has an interesting past. One important historical site is the Shuping's Mill Complex. This old mill was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. This means it is a special place recognized for its history.
