Mohd Faizal Hussein (born on May 31, 1967) is a famous Malaysian actor. He started acting when he was very young, in 1972. Many people know him for his role as Roy in the 1986 teen movie Gila-Gila Remaja. His father, Hussein Abu Hassan, directed this film. In 2019, a newspaper called Harian Metro named him one of the top 10 best Malaysian actors ever.

Early Life and Family
Faizal Hussein was born in Gombak, Malaysia, in 1967. He is the youngest of three children. His parents were also actors: his father was Hussein Abu Hassan, and his mother was Mahyon Ismail. It seems acting runs in his family!
Acting Career
Faizal Hussein first appeared in a movie called Darah Panglima in 1972 when he was just five years old. He officially began his acting journey in 1982 with the film Senja Merah.
Becoming a Star
His big break came in 1986 when he starred as Azroy in Gila-Gila Remaja. This movie was a huge success and helped him show off his natural acting talent. After that, he became very popular and played many main characters in films.
Later, he decided to try something different. He took on the role of a villain in the movie Leftenan Adnan. He did such a great job that he started getting offers to play all sorts of characters, both good and bad, in movies and TV shows.
