Farhad Safinia's Early Life and Education

Farhad Safinia was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1975. When he was four years old, his family moved from Iran. They first lived in Paris, France, and then in London, England.

School and University

Farhad went to Charterhouse School in England. After that, he studied Economics at King's College, Cambridge. While at King's College, he was very active in theater. He directed and acted in many plays for different drama clubs.
