Fay Christina Morgan Taylor was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1909. She grew up to become a talented painter. Her art is still remembered today.

Her Early Life and Education

Fay Morgan Taylor started her journey in art by studying at the University of Washington. After that, she moved to San Francisco in 1930. She continued her art studies at the California School of Fine Arts. Later, she graduated from UC Berkeley in 1934.

Her Artistic Journey

In 1935, Fay married another artist named Farwell Taylor. They shared a studio in San Francisco for many years. In 1949, they moved to Mill Valley, California. Fay lived there for a long time. Sadly, in the mid-1980s, her home was destroyed in a fire. She lost all her belongings, including her artworks.

After the fire, Fay moved to Novato, California. She lived there until she passed away in 1990.
