Fernando Escartín Coti (born January 24, 1968) is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist. He was known for being a strong climber. Between 1995 and 2000, he finished in the top 10 of the famous Tour de France five times. During the same period, he also earned a spot on the podium twice, finishing second in the Vuelta a España.
