The First Place Tower is a very tall building, also known as a skyscraper, located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. It stands at 15 East Fifth Street. This impressive building was finished in 1973 and has 41 floors.

It reaches a height of 516 feet (157 m). This makes it the third tallest building in Tulsa. Only the BOK Tower and Cityplex Towers are taller. Across the whole state of Oklahoma, it is the fourth tallest building. Even though it shares an address with the nearby First National Bank Building, its main entrance faces Boston Avenue.

Ownership History

The First Place Tower has had a few different owners over the years. From 2006 to 2017, a businessman from California named Maurice Kanbar owned the building. He owned many properties in downtown Tulsa. In 2017, he sold a group of his properties, including the First Place Tower, to his business partner, Stuart Price.
