Fivepointville (which is called Druckne in Pennsylvania Dutch) is a small community in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. It's known as an unincorporated community and a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's a place recognized by the census for its population, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town.
The name "Fivepointville" comes from a special feature of the area. It's located where five different roads meet! In 2010, about 1,156 people lived here.

To the south of Fivepointville, you'll find Muddy Creek. This creek also forms the border with East Earl Township. The community is part of the Muddy Creek watershed. This means that water from the area flows into Muddy Creek, then into the Conestoga River, and finally into the large Susquehanna River.
