Flash Gordon is an exciting animated science fiction TV show that first aired in 1996. This series is based on the famous Flash Gordon comic strip. The original comic was created by Alex Raymond way back in 1934.
Flash Gordon has been a popular character for a long time. He has appeared in many different types of entertainment. These include old-fashioned movie serials, which were short films shown in parts. There was also a live-action Flash Gordon movie made in 1980. Plus, there were two other live-action TV shows. Before this 1996 cartoon, there were also two earlier animated series.
