Follett Johnson (born April 20, 1843 – died March 9, 1909) was a brave soldier who fought for the Union Army during the American Civil War. He received the highest award for military bravery in the United States, called the Medal of Honor.

Follett Johnson was born in a town called Brasher, New York. When he was old enough, he joined the army in Ogdensburg, New York. He became a corporal in Company H of the 60th New York Volunteer Infantry. This unit was part of the Union Army, which fought to keep the United States together during the Civil War.
