Fond du Lac is a town located in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, in the United States. It was first settled way back in 1836. In 2020, about 3,687 people lived there. The name "Fond du Lac" comes from French and means "bottom of the lake." This is because the town is located at the very southern end of Lake Winnebago.
