Fort Hill is a small community in Oregon, United States. It is located in both Polk and Yamhill counties. Fort Hill is found about a mile east of the Spirit Mountain Casino. It is also near Oregon Route 22 and the South Yamhill River.

Even though it's a small place, the United States Census Bureau counts Fort Hill as a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it's an area that the government tracks for statistics, even if it's not a formal town or city.

The area is named after a hill nearby. On this hill, settlers built a special wooden building called a blockhouse between 1855 and 1856. This blockhouse was part of a larger military post called Fort Yamhill. Later, the blockhouse was moved to the Grand Ronde Agency and can now be seen in Dayton.
