Fountain Prairie is a small town located in Columbia County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In the year 2000, about 810 people lived here. A smaller community called Englewood is also part of Fountain Prairie. The town is about 35 miles (56 km) northeast of Madison, a bigger city in Wisconsin.
