Francisco Gabicagogueascoa Ibarra (born December 31, 1937 – died July 7, 2014) was a professional road bicycle racer. He competed from 1961 to 1972.
Gabica was known for his strong climbing skills. He won 21 professional races during his career. His most famous victory was winning the 1966 Vuelta a España, which is one of the biggest cycling races in the world. He also won the "King of the Mountains" title at the 1968 Vuelta. This title is given to the best climber in the race.
