Frank Shively was an American football coach who lived a long time ago. He was the main football coach for Washington Agricultural College. Today, this school is known as Washington State University.
He coached the team from 1898 to 1899. During his time, the team won one game, lost one game, and had one tie.
Frank Shively was a Native American person. He belonged to the Crow tribe. He went to a special school called the Carlisle Indian Industrial School.
