Gavril Dejeu (born on September 11, 1932) is a Romanian politician. He held important roles in the Romanian government. He was the Minister of Interior and also served as the acting Prime Minister for a short time.

Gavril Dejeu was born in a place called Poieni, in Cluj County, Romania. He grew up and later studied law at Babeș-Bolyai University. After finishing his studies, he became a Lawyer. He is married to Elena Dejeu, and they have a daughter named Flavia Vlad.
