Georgetown-Rowley State Forest is a large natural area in Massachusetts. It covers about 1,112 acres, which is like 840 football fields! This forest is mostly in the towns of Georgetown and Rowley, but a small part also reaches into Boxford. A major highway, Interstate 95, runs right through it. On its southeastern side, it touches another forest called Willowdale State Forest. The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation takes care of this special place.
