Playing for Different Clubs
Georgi Hristov started his football journey in his hometown of Bitola. He began playing for the club Pelister when he was just 16 years old.
Joining Partizan and Winning Titles
In 1994, Georgi moved to Partizan, a famous club. He stayed there for three years and helped his team win the championship two times in a row, in 1996 and 1997. This was a big achievement for him and the club.
Playing in England and the Netherlands
In 1997, Georgi Hristov moved to England to play for Barnsley. He scored four goals in his first season. After a few years, he joined the Dutch club NEC in 2000. He was the top scorer for his team in his first season there, scoring 15 goals.

After his time at NEC, Georgi played for several other clubs. He joined Zwolle in 2003. Later, in 2005, he played for Dunfermline Athletic in Scotland and Debrecen in Hungary. After he finished playing football, Georgi Hristov became a manager. In October 2011, he was chosen to manage Metalurg Skopje. He stayed in this role until November 2012.
