Gerald Madkins Jr. (born April 18, 1969) is an American basketball executive. He is also a former professional basketball player. He was an assistant general manager for the New York Knicks in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Early Life and College Years
Gerald Madkins was born in Merced, California. He went to Merced High School in his hometown. After high school, he attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins from 1987 to 1992.
Playing Career
Gerald Madkins played professional basketball for several years. He was a shooting guard.
NBA Teams
Madkins played in the NBA.
- He signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers and played for them from 1993 to 1994.
- In 1998, he briefly played for the Golden State Warriors.
