Germano Mosconi was born in San Bonifacio, Italy. He became a very popular TV personality in northern Italy. From the 1980s until he passed away in 2012, he was a sportscaster on Telenuovo in Verona. In 1982, he won an important award for journalists called the Cesare D'Oro.
Unexpected Internet Fame
In late 2005, Germano Mosconi became famous on the internet. This happened because an anonymous video was shared online. The video showed funny moments from his TV work when he was not on air. These were called "bloopers."
The video showed his funny reactions to different problems. Sometimes people would walk into the studio by mistake. Other times, there were strange noises. He also reacted to news scripts that were hard to read. Sometimes he would simply make a small mistake in his speech.
