Gerusoppa is a village located in the Honnavar area of the Uttara Kannada District in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is also known as Nagarbastikeri. This village is part of the Nagarbastikeri Panchayat, which is a local self-governing body.

Gerusoppa was once a very important place. It served as the capital city for the Salva dynasty between the 14th and 15th centuries AD. A famous ruler from this time was Queen Rani Chennabhairadevi.
