Geílson's Football Journey
Geílson started his football journey in Brazil. He joined the youth team of Atlético Paranaense between 2000 and 2001. This was where he began to develop his skills as a striker.
Playing for Santos FC
One of the most notable teams Geílson played for was Santos FC. He joined Santos in 2004. During his time there, he played in the Série A, which is Brazil's top football league. In 2005, he had a good season, scoring 10 goals in 23 games for Santos.
