Giuseppe Furino (born 5 July 1946) is a retired Italian footballer. He played as a midfielder, a player who helps both attack and defense. Even though he was not very tall, Furino was a strong and determined player. People called him Furia, which means "Fury," because of his energetic style. He was known for working very hard on the field and for being good at winning the ball back from opponents. He also had good control of the ball.
Furino started his professional career with Savona in 1966. After that, he played one season with Palermo in 1968. In 1969, he joined Juventus, one of Italy's biggest clubs. He stayed there for 13 seasons and became the team's captain. He won many important titles with Juventus, including a record eight Serie A championships. He also played for the Italian national team and helped them reach the final of the 1970 FIFA World Cup.
