Glade is a small city located in Phillips County, Kansas, in the United States. According to the 2020 census, only 52 people lived there.

History of Glade

This community was once known by a different name, Marvin. Glade became an important shipping spot for the Missouri Pacific railroad. This railroad had a special division called the Atchison & Lenora line.

A post office first opened in Glade in 1908. It served the community for many years. The post office closed down in 1989 and was officially stopped in 1996.
