Glumche Island (which means ostrov Glumche in Bulgarian) is a small, rocky island. It is located off the northwest coast of Low Island. This island is part of the South Shetland Islands in Antarctica.
Glumche Island stretches about 470 meters (1,542 feet) from east to west. It is also about 290 meters (951 feet) wide. The island is named after a place called Glumche in southeastern Bulgaria.

Glumche Island is found in a very cold part of the world. It is located near the continent of Antarctica.
Island's Exact Spot
The island is about 830 meters (2,723 feet) west-southwest of a place called Cape Wallace. It is also about 1.08 kilometers (0.67 miles) north of Fernandez Point. British maps showed this area in 2009.
