At first, Tagged was mainly for teenagers. But Greg wanted the business to grow. He expanded Tagged to include people aged 13 and older in all countries. In 2007, he changed Tagged's main goal. It became a social network where people could meet new friends. He called this "social discovery." As of July 2025, Greg is still the CEO of Tagged. He also gives advice to other new technology companies in Silicon Valley.
