Gregory Alan Williams (born June 12, 1956) is an American actor and author. He is also known as Gregalan Williams. He is famous for playing Officer Garner Ellerbee in the TV show Baywatch.
Gregory Alan Williams also played Coach Pat Purnell in the TV series Necessary Roughness. You might also know him from shows like Greenleaf and The Righteous Gemstones.

Early Life and Acting Career
Gregory Alan Williams was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He went to East High School. After high school, he studied at Coe College.
Before becoming an actor, he served in the United States Marine Corps. His first acting role was in the 1988 movie Above the Law.
Becoming a Star in Baywatch
In 1989, Gregory Alan Williams got the role of Officer Garner Ellerbee in Baywatch. This show was very popular. He also appeared in the spin-off show Baywatch Nights. He returned to Baywatch in 1996.

After Baywatch, Williams appeared in many other TV shows. These include The Sopranos, The West Wing, and Chicago Med. He also had roles in Drop Dead Diva as Judge Warren Libby.
