Guido Ceronetti (born August 24, 1927 – died September 13, 2018) was a talented Italian writer. He was a poet, a thinker (philosopher), a novelist, a translator, a journalist, and someone who wrote plays (a playwright). He was born in Turin, Italy.

In 1970, Ceronetti started his own special group called the Theater of the Sensitive. His writings and works are kept safe at the Cantonal Library of Lugano. He also wrote articles for important Italian newspapers like La Repubblica and La Stampa, and for Radio Radicale.

A famous writer named Emil Cioran even wrote a chapter about Ceronetti's book Il silenzio del corpo ("The Silence of the Body") in his own essay collection.

Guido Ceronetti passed away in Cetona, Italy, on September 13, 2018. He was 91 years old and died from a lung infection called bronchopneumonia.
