What Does It Look Like?
The shell of the Guraleus lallemantianus is quite small, usually growing up to about 12 millimeters (which is less than half an inch) in length. It has special lines that go around the shell, and two of these lines are extra noticeable, almost like small ridges. The shell can be a pretty yellowish-brown color or a light reddish-brown.
Where Does It Live?
This sea snail is special because it is endemic to Australia. This means you can only find it living in the waters around Australia and nowhere else in the world! It has been found off the coasts of South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
