Haddy Jatou Njie, born on June 25, 1979, is a talented Norwegian artist. She is known as a singer, songwriter, writer, and journalist. Haddy's father is from The Gambia, and her mother is Norwegian. She grew up in Kolbotn, a town close to Oslo, and is the oldest of five children. Her sister, Lisa Aisato, is also a well-known illustrator and writer.

In 2014, Haddy Njie shared that she was in a relationship with Trond Giske. He is a politician from the Labour Party in Norway. In September 2015, Haddy announced that she was expecting a baby. She and Trond Giske welcomed their daughter in 2016.
