Halloween, Alaska began making music in 2002. They soon started recording their first album. This album was finished in 2003. It quickly became popular with music fans and radio stations across the United States.
Their first album included a special song called "State Trooper." This song is a cover version of a song by the famous artist Bruce Springsteen. In 2005, their first album was re-released with some extra songs and remixes.
More Albums and Music

Later, they released Champagne Downtown in 2009. They also put out an EP (which is like a mini-album) of remixes in 2009. Their newest album, Le Centre, came out in 2018.

How the Band Got Its Name
You might think Halloween, Alaska is named after a real town. But it's not! The band's drummer, Dave King, came up with the name. He thought the words "Halloween" and "Alaska" together sounded interesting. He felt the name helped show the kind of moods and feelings they wanted their music to have.
