Hamsterball is an exciting video game where you control a hamster inside a clear plastic ball! It was first made by Raptisoft Games and came out on 8 February 2004 for computers running Microsoft Windows. Later, TikGames created a version for the PlayStation 3, which was released on 25 March 2010.
This game is a lot like the classic arcade game Marble Madness. Your main goal is to guide your hamster through a series of challenging race courses. You need to finish each course as fast as you can.

How to Play HamsterBall
Racing Through Courses
The game has 15 different race courses. Each course is full of fun and tricky obstacles. You must roll your hamster through these courses. The faster you finish, the better your score!
If your hamster falls a short distance, it might get dizzy. This makes it harder to control for a little while. If your hamster falls too far, rolls off the course, or gets hit by an obstacle, a new hamster will appear. There is a small delay before the new hamster shows up.
You start each race with extra time added to your clock. If you run out of time, the game ends. So, you need to be quick and careful!
Rodent Rumble: Multiplayer Fun
You can unlock special multiplayer areas in the game. These are called "Rodent Rumble" arenas. To unlock them, you need to find invisible paths on the race courses.
In "Rodent Rumble" mode, you play against other hamsters. The goal is to knock your opponents off the edge of the arena. You can also push them into dangerous obstacles. The hamster who knocks off the most opponents wins within a set time limit. It's a fun way to compete with friends!
Awards and Recognition
Hamsterball received a special award for its computer version. At the 7th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards, it won "Computer Downloadable Game of the Year." This award is given by the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. It means the game was recognized as the best downloadable computer game of its year.
