Where Hannahs Creek Flows
Hannahs Creek begins where two smaller streams meet. These are called South Prong Hannahs Creek and North Prong Hannahs Creek. This meeting point is in the southern part of the Birkhead Mountain Wilderness. This wilderness area is located in Randolph County, North Carolina.
From there, Hannahs Creek flows generally towards the west. It travels about 4 miles (6.4 kilometers) until it joins the Uwharrie River. This spot is southeast of a place called Martha, North Carolina.
