Hayley Arceneaux (born December 4, 1991) is an American physician assistant and a special kind of commercial astronaut. She went into space with billionaire Jared Isaacman on a special trip called Inspiration4. This was SpaceX's first private spaceflight, meaning it wasn't run by a government.
Hayley made history as the first person in space with a prosthetic leg bone. She got it after bravely fighting bone cancer when she was a kid. At 29 years old, Hayley was the youngest American to travel to space. A few months later, 23-year-old Cameron Bess also went to space. But Hayley is still the youngest American to have orbited the Earth.
