Heidi Hollinger (born in 1968) is a talented person who has worked as a photographer, a TV show host, and even a politician! She is especially known for her amazing photos of important political leaders.

Life and Work

Heidi Hollinger was born in Montreal, Quebec. She went to McGill University for her studies.

After finishing school, Heidi moved to Moscow, Russia, and opened her own photo studio. She became very busy, taking pictures at more than 100 political meetings across Russia. She also traveled all over the world to photograph many famous leaders.

Some of the well-known people she photographed include Vladimir Putin, Mikhail Gorbachev, Jean Chrétien, Fidel Castro, and the Dalai Lama.

After living in Moscow for ten years, Heidi returned to Montreal. From 2011 to 2015, she was the host of a documentary TV series called Waterfront Cities of The World. This show was on the Discovery Channel.

Each of the 39 episodes in the series explored a different port city around the world. Heidi helped viewers learn about these interesting places.
