About Hero High
Hero High was a cartoon series that aired on NBC from 1981 to 1982. It was created by Filmation, a company known for many animated shows. The series was about a special high school. Here, young people with superpowers learned how to control their abilities. They also learned how to use them to fight bad guys and help others.
The show was first planned to be a new part of the Archie cartoon series. However, at the last minute, Filmation's rights to the Archie characters ended. So, they had to create all new characters for Hero High. In total, 26 episodes were made. Each episode had either an eight-minute or a twelve-minute story.
