The Holy Trinity Anglican Church (French: Église Holy Trinity de Maple Grove) is a large, old Anglican church building. It is located in the small village of Maple Grove in Irlande, Quebec, which is close to Thetford Mines in Quebec, Canada. This church is famous for its unique Carpenter Gothic style.
It was designed by well-known architects Louis Auguste Amos and Alfred Arthur Cox from Montreal. Local builders constructed the church out of wood between 1902 and 1904. Its very steep roof and tall, narrow windows (called lancet windows) are common features of Carpenter Gothic buildings.

Holy Trinity Church: A Special Building
The Holy Trinity Anglican Church is more than just an old building. It is an important part of the history of the Irlande area. Because of its special design and its historical value, the local government of Irlande officially named it a municipal heritage site on January 17, 2006. This means it is a protected building.

The Church Today
The Holy Trinity Anglican Church is no longer used for regular weekly services. However, it is still considered a sacred place. It opens a few times each year for special events and services. One popular event is a reunion held every August.
In 2003, the Anglican Diocese of Montreal made an agreement with the Maple Grove Heritage Foundation. They gave the foundation a 99-year lease to care for the church. The foundation is working to restore the building. Their first big project was to fix the beautiful stained glass windows.

Next to the church, there is an old cemetery. This cemetery is still active today. The Maple Grove Anglican Cemetery Foundation takes care of it. There is also a historic stone building called a rectory. A rectory is a house where a church priest or minister used to live. This old rectory is now a bed and breakfast called Manoir d'Irlande.
