Simeona Silapa (born July 31, 1997), known professionally as Hooligan Hefs, is an Australian hip-hop and electronic dance music (EDM) artist. He comes from Doonside, New South Wales, Australia.

Starting Out in Music

Hooligan Hefs began his music career around 2017. One of his first appearances was on a song called "Ten Toes" by Pistol Pete and Enzo.

In February 2019, Hooligan Hefs released his song "The Party". Later that year, in May 2019, he released another popular track called "No Effect". This song became very successful and was certified platinum in Australia in 2020. This means it sold a lot of copies!

Hooligan Hefs has released several music collections, known as extended plays (EPs). His first EP, Living in Sin, came out on August 21, 2020. It was released independently by his own label, Hooligan Hefs. This EP was quite popular, reaching number 9 on the Australian music charts and number 39 in New Zealand.

He released another EP called Sinning Winning Living on October 6, 2023.

Hooligan Hefs has also released many singles, which are individual songs. Some of his well-known singles include "The Party" and "No Effect" from 2019. Another big hit was "Send It!", released in 2020. This song was incredibly successful, earning a 3x Platinum certification in Australia, showing how many people loved it.
