Hosanna Noelle-Leilani Kabakoro, born on June 24, 1992, is a talented person who has done many interesting things. She was once an editor for a fashion magazine called Mai Life Style. This was the first magazine of its kind in the South Pacific. She also helped lead an organization called Vision Fiji. Hosanna was a spokesperson for the Fiji Water Foundation. Today, she works as a model. When she was just 21, she became one of the youngest editors of a big magazine in the South Pacific.

Early Life and Education
Hosanna was born in Seoul, South Korea. Her father was studying there at the time. She spent her childhood growing up in Fiji, in places like Savusavu and Cakaudrove.
Her family later moved to the United States. This happened after a political event in Fiji in 2000. Hosanna is a citizen of both Fiji and the United States.
In 2008, Hosanna worked as an intern for a U.S. Senator named Larry Craig. An intern is someone who works to gain experience. Senator Craig later chose her to be a United States Senate Page. This meant she helped out in the U.S. Senate during the 110th Congress. She also attended the United States Senate Page School for one month.
After returning to Idaho, Hosanna continued to gain experience. She worked as a correspondent for a newspaper called the Magic Valley Times News. She also interned at a radio station, KLIX-FM Radio. She worked in the news department at KMVT, a CBS TV station in Southern Idaho. Hosanna was home schooled and has attended the College of Southern Idaho.
Awards and Community Work
After moving to Twin Falls, Hosanna became very active in helping her community. She focused on helping young people who had moved to the area. She also helped youth who might be facing challenges.
Hosanna has received many special awards for her public service. These include the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medal Congressional Awards. She also received a Jefferson Award and the President's Award. She earned a $30,000 Discover Scholarship. She was also named a Philanthropic Education Organization Scholar. In 2009, former First Lady Laura Bush recognized Hosanna for her community work. She presented her with the Prudential Spirit of Community Award.
Hosanna also earned the Girl Scouts' highest honor, the Gold Award. In 2010, she was named one of ten Girl Scouts Young Woman of Distinction. The Girl Scouts organization made her a lifetime member of their National Girl Scout Advisory Board.
In 2010, Hosanna was nominated as one of Idaho Governor Butch Otter's Brightest Stars. This award recognizes young people who are doing great things.
Media and Public Speaking
Hosanna has written articles for UNLOCK MAGAZINE. She has also appeared on the covers of two national magazines. These magazines were Justine Magazine and Savvy Magazine.
She is a representative and spokesperson for the H.Y.P.E. Movement. In November 2010, Hosanna was a featured speaker at the Destined for Greatness Conference. This event took place in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In December 2010, Three Dot Dash announced Hosanna as one of their 26 Global Youth Leaders. In August 2011, Hosanna was chosen to be a delegate for the 2011 One Young World Conference. This important conference was held in Zurich, Switzerland. Many famous world leaders attended, including Desmond Tutu and Sir Bob Geldoff.
Beauty Pageants
In October 2009, Hosanna competed in her first beauty pageant. A beauty pageant is a competition focused on beauty and talent. She was crowned Miss Idaho Teen USA 2010. She also won the Miss Photogenic award. This award is for the contestant who looks best in photos. The other contestants also voted her Miss Congeniality. This means she was seen as the most friendly and helpful.
In July 2010, she represented Idaho in the Miss Teen USA 2010 pageant. This national competition was held at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. There, she won the national Miss Congeniality award.
